Admin Assistant / Front Desk
  • Greet parents, children, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage phone calls and respond to enrollment and program inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate student attendance
  • Coordinate schedules for meetings, events, and parent-teacher conferences.
  • Handle filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
  • Keep the front desk organized, welcoming, and family-friendly.
  • Paper printing, laminating etc.
  • Availability to open and close the school.
  • Other job responsibilities based on school's requirements as assigned by the Director
Requirement
