Job description

The Front Desk Administrator is responsible for creating a professional first impression for visitors, customers, and employees. This position manages front desk operations, answers incoming calls, coordinates visitor access, and provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.

• Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.

• Manage visitor sign-in procedures and maintain office security protocols.

• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as assigned.

• Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

• Assist with filing, data entry, copying, scanning, and other administrative tasks.

• Provide information to visitors and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.

• Order and monitor office and reception supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
