Role Overview:
  • Own inbound material flow, receiving accuracy, and warehouse intake processes.
  • Ensure all material is received correctly, inspected, documented, and system-accurate.
  • Serve as the control point for supplier delivery quality and traceability.

Responsibilities:
  • Receiving Execution
    • Receive and process incoming shipments in ERP/WMS systems.
    • Perform 3-way match (PO, packing slip, physical receipt).
    • Execute receiving transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Inspection & Traceability
    • Perform receiving inspection for quantity, condition, and documentation.
    • Ensure proper capture of:
      • Certifications
      • Packing slips
      • Traceability (lot/serial where required)
    • Identify and escalate nonconforming material.
  • Scanning & Documentation
    • Utilize barcode scanners and systems for material intake and tracking.
    • Maintain complete and accurate digital records of all receipts.
  • Warehouse Management & Visual Controls
    • Manage inbound staging, putaway, and warehouse organization.
    • Maintain visual warehouse systems (clear locations, labeling, flow paths).
    • Ensure efficient dock-to-stock material flow.
  • Metrics & Performance
    • Track and improve:
      • Receiving accuracy (%)
      • Dock-to-stock cycle time
      • Discrepancy rate
    • Drive continuous improvement in receiving processes.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Coordinate with procurement, quality, and production teams.
    • Resolve supplier and internal discrepancies quickly.

Minimum Requirements:
  • 3+ years in receiving, warehouse, or material control.
  • Experience with ERP/WMS and barcode scanning systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience in regulated or traceability-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with ITAR/FAR/DFARS requirements.
  • Experience with inspection processes and quality systems.

Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $38.00/hour
