Job description

Job Title: 2nd Shift CompounderEmployment Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday - Thursday; 2:00 pm - 12:30 am
Are you looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are hiring a 2nd Shift Liquid Compounder to join our team and produce high-quality liquid flavors following GMP and SQF standards. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow the production schedule and prioritize tasks as needed.
  • Select the appropriate tanks and batch sizes for manufacturing.
  • Retrieve and weigh raw materials accurately according to formulas.
  • Scan materials using a barcode system to ensure lot number and quantity accuracy.
  • Stage and add raw materials to tanks per manufacturing instructions (forklift operation may be required).
  • Fill and pack orders with precise weight, labeling, and sifting specifications.
  • Complete production documents and collect required samples.
  • Perform system transactions and inventory cycle counts as directed.
  • Report deviations or issues to the Plant Manager.
  • Maintain compliance with GMP, safety guidelines, and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in a manufacturing batch-making, compounding, or production environment preferred.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with weights, measurements, and barcode scanning.
  • Forklift experience (or willingness to be trained).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
