Job description

DHL is looking for a Barcode Scan Tunnel Tech at our CVG hub. You will maintain multi-sided barcode scan tunnels on sortation induction lines, clean and align camera arrays, calibrate lighting systems, monitor read rates, and work with the sorter controls team to ensure every package gets properly scanned and routed.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of barcode scanning or machine vision experience
  • Understanding of tunnel scanner configurations (top, side, bottom cameras)
  • Ability to interpret read-rate statistics and identify degradation patterns
  • Camera cleaning and alignment procedures
