Position: Warehouse Worker

Territory Locations: Dallas, TX

Report To: Warehouse Manager

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Overview: The primary duty of a Warehouse Worker is to assemble, prepare, receive, store, and ship products accurately and efficiently. This role is responsible for the logistics of receiving, processing, storing, and distributing inventory while maintaining accurate inventory records through the use of warehouse management systems (WMS), handheld RF (radio frequency) scanners, and barcode scanning technology. Responsibilities include loading orders onto trucks and shipping containers, organizing incoming products, verifying inventory, applying shipping labels, and ensuring all safety standards and company procedures are followed.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: The Warehouse Worker’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Provide a high level of customer service when interacting with customers.

· Receive, inspect, and process incoming stock and materials.

· Use handheld RF scanners and barcode scanning equipment to receive, pick, verify, transfer, and ship inventory accurately.

· Accurately scan products to maintain inventory integrity and ensure all inventory transactions are recorded in the warehouse management system.

· Identify any missing, lost, or damaged materials and immediately notify the manager.

· Assemble, pick, pack, and prepare goods for shipment.

· Apply and verify shipping labels and documentation for outgoing orders.

· Maintain proper storage and organization of materials and product inventory within the warehouse.

· Utilize forklifts and other warehouse equipment to safely load, unload, move, and stage materials.

· Safely load and unload products from trucks and shipping containers.

· Maintain the quality, cleanliness, and upkeep of warehouse equipment and work areas.

· Sort and place materials and products according to organizational standards.

· Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation as assigned.

· Follow all company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and warehouse procedures.

Required Education & Experience:

· High School diploma or equivalent required.

· Prior customer service experience required.

· Experience using handheld RF scanners, barcode scanning equipment, or warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.

· Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

· 2 to 3 years of prior warehouse experience or similar role preferred.

· Certification in the operation of a forklift a plus

· Ability to follow directions accurately.

Working Conditions:

· This is an onsite position at the assigned warehouse location and must be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00 pm.

· Normal hearing and vision are essential for conversations, receiving information, and preparing documents.

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and to seek supervisory assistance as appropriate.
