About the Role:

The Baler Operator is responsible for machinery that compresses and binds recyclable materials into bales for easy storage and transportation. This position requires the operator to monitor the machine’s performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and safety standards are met. The Baler Operator is responsible for conducting basic preventative maintenance and inspections of the machine, ensuring it is in proper working order.
