Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor / Operations Manager
Pay: $16-$19 an hour depending on shift
Job Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Warehouse Worker to join our Sporting Goods Distribution Center team. This role is responsible for handling, organizing, and shipping sporting goods and equipment efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments of sporting goods and equipment.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping while ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided if necessary).
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through barcode scanning or manual documentation.
  • Organize and restock warehouse shelves to ensure efficient product access.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards before shipment.
  • Follow safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
  • Experience: Prior warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience is a plus but not required. Training provided.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) is a plus.
