About the Role:

The Receiver plays a critical role in the supply chain and inventory management process by ensuring that all incoming shipments are accurately received, inspected, and documented. This position is responsible for verifying the quantity and quality of goods received against purchase orders and shipping documents to maintain inventory accuracy. The Receiver collaborates closely with warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams to facilitate smooth and efficient product flow into the facility. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential to identify discrepancies, report damages, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Ultimately, the Receiver helps maintain optimal inventory levels and supports overall operational efficiency by managing the intake of goods with precision and care.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software or databases.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely, typically up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
