Shift:

  • Monday - Friday; 6:00am - 2:00pm
  • This position will be located in Solon, Ohio
  • Hourly Rates starting at $21.00 and up. Increase after 90 days plus shift differential
  • Paid weekly


The Material Handler plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials within the warehouse and production environments. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products accurately and in a timely manner to support operational needs. The Material Handler will operate various material handling equipment to move goods safely and efficiently, maintaining organization and inventory accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent years of experience
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in future
  • Proven experience in material handling or warehouse operations.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems and barcode scanning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in forklift operation or other material handling equipment preferred
  • Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and documentation.
  • Familiarity with assembly line processes and support.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklift or tow-motor to move materials and supplies
  • Unload trailers / trucks and enter purchase order receipts, generate material labels
  • Pick up trash hoppers and corrugate hoppers from the production floor
  • Utilize warehouse management systems and barcode scanning technology to track inventory and update records in real time.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following all safety guidelines and company policies.
