Chef Antoine Chassonnery (Top 2 Pastry Chefs of the Middle East) & Chef Kévin D'Andréa (Finalist of Top Chef France 2015 & Best Up-and-coming French Chef 2016) are looking for Full-Time or Part-Time "Pastry Cook" to assist them in the production & design of the FoliePop's pastry & savory creations, as well as additional catering orders generated from hotels, resorts, venues, & restaurants.

The Pastry Cook position will be a hands-on position in frequent collaboration with The Chefs and will receive training from renowned French Chefs here, in our 2,300 square-foot Central Kitchen, in Austin, TX.

The Pastry Cook will be responsible for the production of the FoliePop's pastry & savory recipes, as well as the design and production of catering orders generated from local hotels, companies, restaurants, venues, and more...
