Vos taches en un coup d'il 
  • Vous assistez lors des examens preoperatoires et remplissez avec precision les dossiers du patient.
  • Vous repondez aux questions des patients et assurez le meilleur service.
  • Vous travaillez en collaboration avec des optometristes.
  • Vous effectuez des tests preoperatoires et postoperatoires pour les patients.
  • Vous mettez a jour le systeme de rendez-vous apres chaque consultation.
  • Vous planifiez et confirmez par telephone les rendez-vous post-operatoires. 
  • Vous soutenez le programme de gestion des risques de l'organisation en identifiant et en signalant rapidement tout incident, inquietude ou risque lie a la securite des patients a la direction de la clinique afin de contribuer a l'ensemble des efforts de l'entreprise visant a identifier, signaler et attenuer les risques.
Une vue claire de vos atouts    
  • Vous etes a l'aise avec les outils informatiques, la technologie et Microsoft 365 (la connaissance des systemes de DME est un atout).
  • Vous avez un interet pour le domaine medical et etes passionne par le service a la clientele.
  • Vous avez de la facilite a entrer en contact avec l'autre et etablissez rapidement un climat de confiance.
  • Votre experience dans le domaine de l'optique et/ou medical est consideree comme un atout (technicien de laboratoire en pharmacie, assistant en optometrie, assistant dentaire, prepose a la sterilisation, aide-technicien en sante animale, etc.).
  • Vous recherchez un environnement de travail dynamique a rythme rapide, ou votre capacite a travailler en equipe et a gerer plusieurs taches a la fois sera un atout.
  • Horaire: Vous etes flexible pour travailler du lundi au vendredi entre 7h30 et 18h30, ainsi que des fins de semaine occasionnelles (samedi ou dimanche).
