Vos taches en un coup d'il
- Vous assistez lors des examens preoperatoires et remplissez avec precision les dossiers du patient.
- Vous repondez aux questions des patients et assurez le meilleur service.
- Vous travaillez en collaboration avec des optometristes.
- Vous effectuez des tests preoperatoires et postoperatoires pour les patients.
- Vous mettez a jour le systeme de rendez-vous apres chaque consultation.
- Vous planifiez et confirmez par telephone les rendez-vous post-operatoires.
Une vue claire de vos atouts
- Vous etes a l'aise avec les outils informatiques, la technologie et Microsoft 365 (la connaissance des systemes de DME est un atout).
- Vous avez un interet pour le domaine medical et etes passionne par le service a la clientele.
- Vous avez de la facilite a entrer en contact avec l'autre et etablissez rapidement un climat de confiance.
- Votre experience dans le domaine de l'optique et/ou medical est consideree comme un atout (technicien de laboratoire en pharmacie, assistant en optometrie, assistant dentaire, prepose a la sterilisation, aide-technicien en sante animale, etc.).
- Vous recherchez un environnement de travail dynamique a rythme rapide, ou votre capacite a travailler en equipe et a gerer plusieurs taches a la fois sera un atout.

Your tasks at a glance
- You assist during the pre-op exams and fill the patient's charts accurately.
- You answerpatient's questions and ensure the best service.
- You work closely with Optometrists.
- You conduct pre-operative and post-operative tests for patients.
- You updatethe appointment system after every patient's consultation.
- You schedule and confirm post-operative appointments by telephone.
A clear view of your assets
- You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
- You have an interest in the medical field and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- You find it easy to connect with others and quickly build trust.
- Your experience in the health care field is considered an asset (ex: medical assistant, physiotherapy assistant, optometry assistant, orderly, dental assistant, pharmacy lab technician, sterilization assistant, animal health technician assistant, veterinary assistant, etc.).
- You are looking for a fast-paced, dynamic work environment where your ability to work in a team and excel at multi-tasking will be an asset.
