Job description

Whitemore James Black is a legal search firm. We are presently assisting our national law firm client on their search for a Word Processor to join their New York office. This hybrid role requires a commitment of 30+ hours per week/ The anticipated salary is up to $80K DOE for a 30 hour per week schedule. Additional time after 30 hours is paid separately.
The weekly schedule is:
Tuesday - Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. 2 days on-site, 1 day remote.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of law firm experience. An emphasis on word processing or legal secretarial work is desired. The Word Processor must have experience formatting pleadings and generating TOAs/TOCs. Experience with eFiling is also required..
