Position Summary...What you'll do...As Sr. Brand Manager for Sam’s Club MAP, you’ll help turn a fast-growing retail media business the most recognized name in the space. You’ll shape how MAP looks, sounds, and shows up in the market, and use creativity to directly drive tens of millions of dollars in new revenue. Reporting to the Head of Brand, you will guide the voice of our business, helping to create sales pitches, social posts, ads, executive presentations, and more to support the world’s first Retail Experience Network™. About Member Access Platform (MAP) Sam’s Club MAP is an ad tech startup inside one of the world’s largest and most successful companies—Walmart. We’re building a retail experience platform for brands and advertisers to help Sam’s Club members find the right products at the right moment, using data from millions of transactions. • Help define and evolve the MAP brand: our story, voice, visual identity, and positioning.

You'll sweep us off our feet if you...
  • Have strong hands-on creative skills—writing, storytelling, presentation design, or concepting.
  • Know how to turn abstract ideas into clear, compelling stories.
  • Are comfortable leading without needing a big team to do the work for you.
  • Are energized by building something that’s still taking shape.
  • Have great instincts that you back up with compelling explanation.
  • Have a “If it doesn’t sell, it isn’t creative” personal motto.
What you'll bring...
  • 5+ years working experience in brand, marketing, media, advertising, or a related creative role.
  • A track record of creating work that actually shipped and drove results.
  • Comfort working with senior leaders and client-facing teams.
  • Great taste, and the ability to collaborate without ego.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • A portfolio or body of work that shows how you think and what you make.
