Job description

Understanding the Level (L1 - Foundational Scope)
This project is structured as a Level 1 (L1) engagement, which refers to the complexity and scope of tasks - not the candidate's overall capability or career level.
L1 tasks are:
  • Clearly defined and guideline-driven
  • Execution-focused rather than strategy-based
  • Designed for foundational quality review and data processing
  • Structured with step-by-step instructions

This specific client initiative requires high-volume, standardized execution work, which is why it is classified as L1.
We welcome applicants with advanced (L2 or L3) experience; however, please note that compensation and task scope for this role are aligned strictly to L1 responsibilities. Higher-level strategic or analytical functions are not part of this engagement.
If you are comfortable performing structured, execution-based tasks and understand the defined scope, we encourage you to apply.

We are seeking entry-level, foundational Language Data Quality Reviewers for an ongoing, task-based project supporting a high-volume client initiative.
Role Overview
This is a freelance, task-based role designed for individuals seeking supplemental income and real-world experience in AI language data and quality operations.
Work is offered on a first-come, first-served basis as tasks become available. Hours may be irregular and intermittent depending on client volume.
This role is well suited for candidates who are detail-oriented, flexible, and interested in gaining exposure to AI, language data, and quality workflows.
Project hours generally align with IST (Indian Standard Time).

You are building your foundational skills in English and are eager to gain hands-on experience in language quality and data operations. You are comfortable working on guided tasks, following detailed instructions, and meeting quality expectations.
Example Tasks

  • Follow client instructions and workflow processes

  • Incorporate feedback to improve performance

Desired Qualifications
  • Interest in AI, data, or language technology
  • Prior exposure to data entry, content review, QA, or similar work (preferred, not required)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and adapt

Engagement Type & Classification
This is a freelance, task-based engagement.
  • United States candidates: Classified as 1099 Contractors (temporary, project-based)
  • Non-U.S. candidates: Classified as independent contractors and onboarded via Deel

Classification is determined by worker location and local compliance requirements.
Onboarding & Compliance
All global contractors are onboarded through Deel.com.
U.S.-based workers are onboarded through Volga Partners' U.S. payroll system.
Candidates must successfully complete onboarding and provide required documentation before starting work
