What began three years ago as a new concept has grown into an established, in-demand brand with a proven playbook for franchisee success and the operational infrastructure to support continued national growth. As we expand into new markets, we’re seeking a Franchise Development Director to take the lead in franchise development, helping entrepreneurs discover the brand and determine if it's the right fit.

This is a relationship-driven sales role where you’ll manage inbound leads, work closely with top franchise broker networks, and guide candidates through each step of the franchise discovery process—from first call to Discovery Day to final decision—for a brand with a proven track record and momentum in the market.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective franchisees
  • Qualify inbound leads from internal campaigns, broker networks, and referrals
  • Conduct intro calls and opportunity presentations via Zoom
  • Walk candidates through each step of the discovery process, including FDD review, validation, and Discovery Day
  • Represent the brand at Discovery Days (20% travel) and occasional franchise expos
  • Maintain and report on pipeline activity using CRM tools
  • Partner closely with the founder and operations team to ensure seamless onboarding after close
 Who We’re Looking For

Required:
  • 3–7 years of experience in franchise development, business development, or pipeline-based sales (e.g., franchise sales, executive recruiting, medical device, pharmaceutical, or SaaS sales)
  • Experience managing full sales or candidate pipelines
  • Clear, confident communication and strong presentation skills
  • Tech-savvy and organized, with working knowledge of CRM systems
 Preferred:
  • Experience working with franchise broker networks
  • Understanding of FDDs, franchise agreements, and the franchise discovery process
 Bonus Attributes:
  • Competitive and athletic-minded — thrives in goal-driven environments
  • Naturally charismatic — people gravitate toward you in a room
  • Entrepreneurial spirit — thrives in a fast-paced, growing brand
  • Comfortable representing a brand in both virtual and in-person settings
Why This Role Is Unique
  • Proven Leadership: Join a founder with a successful franchise growth playbook
  • Big Upside: $75K base + 5% commission = realistic $200K+ earnings
  • Impactful Role: Help entrepreneurs evaluate and launch their dream business
  • Ground-Level Access: Be part of a brand from its earliest growth phase
  • Strong Culture: Supportive, competitive, and focused on building something meaningful
