Fractional rassemble des COOs (de niveau Directeur des Opérations, Directeur général) capables de tenir un rôle exigeant, d’avoir un impact concret et de porter la croissance des entreprises avec méthode, clarté et leadership.

Vos missions

En tant que Fractional COO, vous intervenez directement auprès des CEOs accompagnés par Fractional pour :

  • Traduire la vision stratégique du CEO en plans d’action concrets et priorisés
  • Structurer l’organisation : process, rituels de pilotage, gouvernance, rôles & responsabilités
  • Mettre en place et piloter les indicateurs clés de performance (opérationnels et financiers)
  • Fluidifier la communication entre le CEO et les équipes (fin du goulot d’étranglement)
  • Challenger les décisions stratégiques et sécuriser la croissance
  • Accompagner le recrutement et la montée en compétence des équipes clés
  • Piloter les projets structurants (scale, réorganisation, expansion, professionnalisation)

Vous n’êtes pas exécutant·e : vous êtes copilote stratégique et opérationnel.

Vos compétences

5 à 15+ ans d’expérience en direction des opérations, direction générale, conseil stratégique ou entrepreneuriat

  • Expérience significative en startup, scale-up, PME en forte croissance ou environnement entrepreneurial
  • Excellente maîtrise des enjeux de structuration, pilotage et priorisation
  • Solides compétences en management, finance et organisation
  • Capacité à travailler avec des CEOs exigeants et à les challenger avec tact
  • Forte autonomie, sens des responsabilités et maturité professionnelle
  • À l’aise avec un format temps partagé / multi-clients

Une expérience de fondateur, cofondateur ou ex-COO est un atout fort.
