The Development Associate II plays a vital role in advancing Franciscan Health Foundation's fundraising and engagement strategies. This role manages a defined donor portfolio, implements annual fund campaigns, and supports strategic communication and database maintenance in alignment with established protocols. As a visible representative of the Foundation, this role regularly engages with internal and external stakeholders, helping to strengthen relationships and elevate the Foundation's presence throughout the organization and community.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Required Associate's Degree Marketing/communications, fundraising, non-profit management, or related field
  • Required 1 year Fundraising, Communications, and/or Public Relations
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree Marketing/communications, fundraising, non-profit management, or related field
