Responsibilities:

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of all aspects of the HonorHealth Foundation Corporate Fundraising program. This position serves as a key member of the Foundation's development team and is accountable for an assigned share of the Foundation's fund raising goals. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining fundraising practices that ensure a coordinated and strategic approach to HonorHealth supply chain and works with the HonorHealth enterprise to identify promising programs and match them with organizational funders. Cultivates long-term strategic relationships with organizational funders to secure sponsorships and philanthropic gifts. Participates in the developmental, promotional and stewardship needs of this position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Implement, grow and manage all aspects of the HonorHealth Corporate Relations Program. This includes identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding corporate partnerships and sponsorships at local and national levels. Aggressively increase organizational revenue, utilizing a blend of traditional and non-traditional fundraising strategies. Maintains and expands base of corporate partner relationships through ongoing communication and solicitation; ensures timely renewals and continued partnership growth year over year.Works collaboratively and proactively with the HonorHealth Supply Chain to develop a lead portfolio and strategy with all vendors to Honor Health. Research and maintain corporate profiles on qualified prospects and donors and define strategic action for each prospect based on data available and supervise its use in solicitation of gifts to closure.
  • Work collaboratively with the Foundation stewardship team to develop creative corporate cultivation and sponsorship opportunities with value-added benefits for donors. Ensure benefit fulfillment and event follow-up strategy.
  • Cultivate fundraising opportunities with local businesses and organizations to increase philanthropic revenue.
  • Participates in professional associations as appropriate to stay current and abreast of knowledge and skills required of a professional fund raising associate. Ensures active identification and accomplishment of annual personal development goals.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

EDUCATION
  • Bachelors Required
  • Masters Preferred

EXPERIENCE
  • 5 years of experience in a fast-paced high volume development operation with a proven track record of successful relationship building and solicitation. Proven record of directly soliciting and securing five and six figure corporate gifts. Required
