Job Description
 

 We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly professional, and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This full-time position offers long-term career growth for individuals with a strong work ethic and dedication. 
 
  • Perform diverse administrative and clerical tasks to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Provide direct support to Office Manager, Marketing Director, and Engineering staff.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain office calendars.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence.
  • Track and order office supplies to maintain inventory.
  • Assist with document processing, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires and maintain personnel records.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist with marketing or project-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
 

 o   Proven experience as an administrative or office assistant.
 o   Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of QuickBooks and ADP is highly desirable.
 o   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 o   Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
 o   Ability to prioritize tasks, manage interruptions, and multitask effectively.
 o   Familiarity with general office procedures and administrative systems.
 o   Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to excellence.
 o   High attention to detail with the ability to learn quickly.
 o  College education is required.
 
 o  Previous HR experience preferred.
  o  Education: MBA, accounting or related field is highly desirable.
