Job description

You are a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative professional with a proven track record of supporting busy teams and using a ticketing/case management system. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where your precision, communication skills, and ability to manage diverse priorities are truly valued.

At Robson Forensic, we understand that exceptional administrative support is the backbone of our success. For decades, our national team of forensic experts has built a stellar reputation in the legal and scientific communities. Now, we're looking for a talented Administrative Assistant to join our elite Business Staff in our Lancaster, PA office.

This position is full-time and in-office, Monday โ€“ Friday, 8am โ€“ 5pm. Not eligible for remote or hybrid working.

Individuals with a paralegal background are encouraged to apply.


Description:

  • You will perform conflict checks and data entry.
  • You will proofread and format documents.
  • You will organize and file case materials.
  • You will work with a ticketing system to manage requests, prioritize, and complete tasks.
  • You will answer phones.
  • You will handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • You will perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 7+ years of administrative experience; law office experience is a plus.
  • Computer Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and experience w/ a ticketing/case management system (ex. NetSuite, Salesforce, account/client/project management system, etc.)
  • Skills:
    • Meticulous attention to detail; accomplish tasks quickly w/ high degree of accuracy.
    • Exceptional data entry, organizational, and file management skills.
    • Excellent editing and proofreading skills; ability to draft accurate documents.
    • Strong research skills; quickly locate and compile relevant information.
  • Work Style: Manage multiple deadlines, multitask, and handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment; work independently and as part of a collaborative team.


You must have a clean background screen, a valid driverโ€™s license, and the ability to drive.
