Forcepoint is one of the worldโ€™s largest private cybersecurity companies. An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a driven and passionate Commercial Account Manager. You will be responsible for New Business and Current Business for all Forcepoint solutions within the a specific geographical region.Location: Remote MichiganEssential Function:
  • Responsible for new account development through business-to-business sales of Forcepoint software licensing, appliances, and services to accountsย 
  • Working with the Regional Vice President, develop and implement specific customer accounts and opportunity plans in support of company goals and quota objectives.ย 
  • Effectively engage sales resources: SE, Channel, Solutions Sales teams and Executives on the development and implementation of customer account plansย 
  • Use the CRM system effectively, responsible for the development, management, and closure of forecasted opportunities.ย 
  • Manage and drive revenue through complex, multiple go-to-market strategies.ย 
  • Execute complex sales and effectively manage the sales process and activities.ย 
  • Manageย 150- 300 prospect accounts.
  • Account tiering time management
  • Meet or exceed sales quota.
  • Interface to negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management.ย 
What experience(s), knowledge, and education we are looking for:
  • University degree preferred and 2-5 years of sales experience or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven Cyber Security experience, including but not limited to,ย Cloud Security - Network Security - Experience of managing, growing, and taking ownership of accounts.ย 
  • Previous experience with accounts sub 2000 employees.ย 
  • A proven sales background of consistent achievement against quotaย 
  • Used to meeting with and presenting to C-level / executive level contacts within customersโ€™ accounts.ย 
  • Used to working with the Channel as well as developing business directly.ย 
  • Able to effectively partner and engage with internal sales resources such as sales specialists and sales engineers, as well as liaising with external partners at all levels.ย 
  • Familiar with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC
  • A structured and processed style of working with good time-management skills.ย 
  • Experience of working across various vertical marketsย 
  • Good analytical and forecasting skillsย 
  • Excellent presentation and written and verbal communication skills
Forcepoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range and variable compensation for this role isย 170,000.00 - 200,000.00 and represents the low and high end of compensation for this position. Actual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, and performance.ย Theย range listed is just one component of Forcepointโ€™s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefitsย ย
