  • Global IT Director (Manufacturing Background necessary)
    Strategic Leadership & Digital Transformation
    • Drive the global digital transformation agenda, aligning IT initiatives with long-term business goals.
    • Lead the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, digital twins, cloud manufacturing) to enable smart manufacturing and improve efficiency.
    • Build a multi-year roadmap to transform legacy systems and deliver quantifiable gains in operational efficiency and product innovation.
  • Data & Analytics Strategy
    • Establish a unified data strategy and implement governance frameworks across global operations.
    • Lead the adoption of analytics platforms and champion a data-driven culture to support executive decision-making.
  • Cybersecurity & Risk Management
    • Provide strategic direction for global cybersecurity programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk frameworks.

Job Requirements
