Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Lead innovation and renovation product development initiatives across the product portfolio
  • Manage full lifecycle of product development and commercialization activities
  • Assist in new product concept development and innovation strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and optimize existing processes
  • Support consumer research initiatives to guide product decisions
  • Partner with leadership to drive long-term brand and company value
  • Work with coโ€‘manufacturers and external partners as needed
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and quality standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications โ€“ Needed
  • BS/BA in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience developing and commercializing meat products
  • Experience in kosher meat products (preferred, not required)
  • Strong background in experimental design, process development, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with technical data analysis
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance practices
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration skills with crossโ€‘functional teams and external partners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
