Schedule:
  • 10:00am - 6:30pm, Monday-Friday
  • Rotational weekends and holidays required
  • Weekly schedule may vary based on production and staffing needs

Education Requirement:
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) required

Equipment Knowledge (preferred):
  • pH meter & probes, autoclave, water bath, microwave
  • Dairy pipettes, scales, thermometers
  • Laminar flow hood, incubator, freezer, refrigerator

What You'll Do:
  • Perform pH testing and monitor product quality
  • Prepare agar media, plating controls, and reagents
  • Operate lab equipment per company and manufacturer procedures
  • Document test results accurately and in compliance with standards
  • Communicate out-of-specification results to prevent product issues
  • Assist in maintaining product retention samples and shelf-life studies
  • Support domestic and international shipments with proper documentation
  • Maintain clean, sanitary work areas and follow company safety policies
  • Complete tasks as part of the Performance Excellence program
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Pay Range: $20.80 - $21.80
