Line Cooks - CTR Food Works
Multiple Concepts: La Tropical Latin Kitchen, Fuzzy’s Seafood, Mimi’s Taqueria, Patty & Frank’s

CTR Food Works is seeking experienced, dependable, and energetic Line Cooks to join our growing team at our newest food hall locations in . Our concepts include Latin-inspired cuisine, seafood, tacos, burgers, sandwiches, and elevated comfort food - all operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
We are looking for bilingual team members who can thrive under pressure, communicate effectively, and deliver consistent food quality during busy service periods.

Pay:
  • $15-$22 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe and presentation standards.
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout shifts.
  • Work efficiently during high-volume lunch, dinner, and event service.
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and management.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Properly label, rotate, and store food products.
  • Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing duties.
  • Maintain consistency, speed, and quality across multiple food concepts.

Qualifications:
  • Previous line cook experience required.
  • High-volume restaurant or food hall experience preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred (English & Spanish).
  • Ability to work grill, fryer, sauté, prep, or expo stations.
  • Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Weekend and evening availability required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
