McDonald's - Iron Arch Management is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Food Cost Specialist to support multiple restaurant locations. This role is essential to maintaining profitability by managing inventory systems, overseeing truck orders, and monitoring food cost controls. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable traveling between locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and oversee inventory counts for food, paper goods, and supplies
- Accurately manage and submit weekly truck orders on time
- Analyze food cost reports and identify discrepancies or variances
- Monitor inventory levels and purchasing trends to reduce waste and improve margins
