Why is Gen Z struggling to get jobs?

Gen Z faces challenges in securing jobs like full-time food cost roles due to high competition, limited work experience, and changing employer expectations. Many employers seek candidates with specific skills, certifications, or prior experience, which can be difficult for younger applicants to demonstrate. Additionally, economic factors and shifts in the job market impact entry-level opportunities for this age group.

What jobs pay 4000 a week without a degree?

Full Time Food Cost roles typically do not pay $4,000 a week without specialized skills or management experience. High-paying jobs that can reach this level without a degree often include sales, real estate, or skilled trades like plumbing or electrical work, which rely more on experience and certifications than formal education.

What job pays you to eat food?

A full-time food cost role typically involves managing food expenses and inventory in a restaurant or food service setting. While it does not pay you to eat food directly, some jobs like taste testers or food critics are paid to sample and evaluate food, but these are usually part-time or freelance positions rather than full-time roles focused on food cost management.
