Responsibilities
Supervises the day to day operation of the Food and Nutrition Department to ensure full compliance with federal, state and other regulatory agencies. Performs the clerical support/duties necessary for optimal patient care, including the safety and efficiency of food prepared in the department, budgetary requirements and compliance to policies and procedures.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. High School Diploma or Equivalent.
2. Food Safety Certification from an accredited organization and maintain current.
3. Two (2) years experience in food service operations.
4. Ability to use PC.
5. Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR)

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $75,920.00 to $104,686.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
