Field Account ManagerAbout Us
Pro-Serv Facility Solutions / Pro-Serv Food Equipment is a rapidly growing commercial service company serving customers throughout the Carolinas in Refrigeration, HVAC, Cooking Equipment, Plumbing, Hood & Exhaust, and Facility Services.
Our goal is simple โ€” provide industry-leading service while building long-term relationships with our customers through professionalism, communication, accountability, and speed.
We are currently seeking a Field Account Manager to serve as the physical face of Pro-Serv for our key account customers.
Position Summary
The Field Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers through routine in-person visits, operational follow-up, quote follow-up, customer support, and business development.
This role acts as the bridge between the customer and our internal operations team to ensure customer satisfaction, improve communication, close opportunities, and continue growing existing accounts.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk position. This role requires someone who is professional, organized, driven, and comfortable building relationships face-to-face.
Responsibilities
  • Visit key account customers regularly to maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow up on open quotes and assist in closing sales opportunities
  • Identify opportunities for additional services, repairs, PM agreements, upgrades, and facility solutions
  • Assist customers with service concerns and help coordinate resolutions internally
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers, Dispatch, Branch Managers, and Operations Teams
  • Represent Pro-Serv professionally at customer locations
  • Help identify customer needs and communicate them internally
  • Review customer concerns, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Assist with customer retention and long-term relationship development
  • Maintain detailed notes and communication updates within company systems
  • Support growth initiatives across all Pro-Serv divisions
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Ability to work independently and manage schedule efficiently
  • Strong follow-up and customer service skills
  • Sales or account management experience preferred
  • Experience in commercial service industries is a plus
  • Basic understanding of HVAC, Refrigeration, Cooking Equipment, or Facility Services preferred
  • Valid driverโ€™s license required
Preferred Skills
  • Outside sales experience
  • Account management experience
  • Commercial service industry knowledge
  • CRM or field service software experience
  • Ability to identify and close opportunities
Benefits
  • Competitive Pay
  • Company Vehicle Allowance (if applicable)
  • Company Phone & Tablet
  • Career Growth Opportunities
  • Strong Team Environment
  • Ongoing Training & Development
  • Opportunity to help build a rapidly growing company
Why Join Pro-Serv?
At Pro-Serv, we are building more than a service company. We are building a long-term brand focused on relationships, professionalism, accountability, and growth.
We are looking for team members who want to grow, lead, and help build one of the strongest facility service companies in the Carolinas.
If you are driven, relationship-focused, and want to be part of something growing fast โ€” we want to talk to you.
