Job description

JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for managing performance guarantees for pharma and pharmacy program clients. They serve as the business subject matter expert on the performance and financial aspects of those clients' contracts. They are responsible for understanding how Outcomes is performing against client performance expectations and financial targets and implementing strategies to ensure strong results on both fronts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Understand with great detail how we're performing against client contracts, diagnose for performance barriers and develop action plans to meet performance goals.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to execute on performance action plans.
  • Serve as expert on performance barriers impacting assigned clients.
  • Collaborate with account management teams to support their conversations with clients.
  • Coordinate with finance to communicate expected performance.
  • Inform contract negotiations by coordinating with sales teams on performance feasibility.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum years of work experience: 2 years IN health care field
  • Minimum level of education or education/experience: Bachelors Degree
