Position Overview

The Fleet Program Analyst is responsible for leading fleet sustainability initiatives and enterprise level, asset focused programs that support operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and long term cost optimization. This role oversees complex fleet activities including asset disposition and scrapping programs, fleet rebranding initiatives, zero emission transition support, vehicle onboarding, and environmental and sustainability reporting.

  • Work location: onsite at SkyChefs corporate office in Irving, TX
  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday onsite, Friday remote
  • Relocation: not offered for this specific opportunity
Main Accountabilities

Fleet Sustainability & Strategic Planning

  • Lead fleet sustainability initiatives focused on emissions reduction, vehicle lifecycle optimization, and transition planning toward low‑ and zero‑emission technologies
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue federal, state, and local grants supporting fleet modernization and environmental objectives
  • Support carbon reporting, sustainability KPIs, and long‑term fleet infrastructure planning aligned with enterprise ESG goals
  • Deliver analytical insights on total cost of ownership (TCO), fuel and energy mix, and asset replacement strategies to inform long‑range planning

Fleet Projects & Asset Lifecycle Management

  • Project manage large‑scale vehicle disposition initiatives, ensuring environmental compliance, vendor coordination, accurate documentation, and audit readiness
  • Lead fleet branding and rebranding initiatives, managing budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and multi‑region execution
  • Manage project scope, cost, schedule, risk, and deliverables across fleet and sustainability‑related programs
  • Serve as a project representative in cross‑functional initiatives, supporting internal stakeholders and customer‑facing or revenue‑supporting efforts as needed

Fleet Systems, Analytics & Compliance

  • Oversee vehicle onboarding and registration processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulatory and internal standards
  • Manage fleet systems related to tolling, billing, and usage, resolving discrepancies and improving data integrity
  • Maintain fleet service programs, compliance documentation, and asset records across systems
  • Coordinate recall and service campaign support, including vendor communications and issue resolution
  • Support internal and external audits through data validation, documentation management, and compliance assurance
  • Maintain vendor inventory data and perform ongoing asset reconciliation across platforms
  • Support vendor performance reviews and continuous improvement assessments

Data Management & Reporting

  • Perform and oversee fleet data entry, reconciliations, and validation with a strong hands‑on component
  • Develop and maintain vehicle build documentation, registration records, and compliance files
  • Analyze fleet and sustainability data and translate insights into executive‑level dashboards, presentations, and summaries
  • Synthesize complex data into clear, decision‑ready formats tailored to varied leadership audiences
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, or related field
  • Five to seven years of experience in fleet operations, asset management, sustainability projects, or complex operational analytics
  • Strong project management experience managing multi‑stakeholder initiatives with competing priorities
  • Demonstrated knowledge of fleet lifecycle management, regulatory compliance, and sustainability reporting
