Company Size: Approx. 25 employees  

Position Title: Junior National Account Manager – Fleet Vehicle Programs

Job Duties/Description:

  • Make 50–60 outbound calls per day (approx. 300 per week) to qualified decision-makers.
  • Act as a first touch point to prospects, creating awareness and educating them about our Vehicle Fleet Program.
  • Qualify leads by gathering key information (number of locations, fleet size, level of interest, etc.).
  • Call decision makers at small and mid-sized businesses with targeted industries
  • Set 10+ appointments per day for the senior sales team to close new business.
  • Use CRM to track contacts, progress, and pipeline activity.
  • Collaborate closely with Saxon National Account Managers, vendors, and internal training teams.
  • Participate in open-floor plan work environment within the Oakdale, MN office.
  • Support additional product lines such as financing, trade-in options, and custom vehicle spec packages.
  • Receive ongoing training in vehicle leasing, pricing structures, and sales strategy, with support from a National Account Manager Trainer.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years post-college work experience, ideally in inside sales, call center, or high-volume outreach.
  • Comfortable working in a high-activity, metrics-driven environment.
  • Excellent phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong verbal communication and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and coachable; able to follow structured sales processes.
  • Interest in automotive, leasing, or B2B services is a plus.

Additional Info:

  • Pay range: $50,000–$60,000 DOE + commission 
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Location: 100% on-site, Oakdale, MN

Training:

  • Direct coaching from a National Account Manager Trainer.
  • Learning the industry (B2B fleet sales), product pricing, and how to spec out vehicles.
  • Exposure to additional product lines: financing, trade-ins, vendor programs.
  • Sales playbooks, word tracks, and real-world role-playing.
  • 1:1 and self-guided sessions using our training manual in conference room settings.
