This role is built for a strategic, disciplined, and peopledriven Parts & Service Director who knows how to run a profitable, customerfocused operation. The dealership in Temecula, CA is looking for a proven leader who can elevate processes, develop teams, and drive results across both Parts and Service with confidence and clarity.


What You’ll Lead
  • Full operational oversight of the Parts and Service departments, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer experience
  • Leadership of advisors, technicians, parts staff, dispatch, and support teams with clear expectations and accountability
  • Development and execution of strategies to improve CSI, technician efficiency, ELR, parts gross, and overall Fixed Ops performance
  • Collaboration with Sales, Accounting, and Ownership to maintain seamless interdepartment operations
  • Oversight of warranty administration, OEM compliance, safety standards, and internal controls
  • Recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management across all Fixed Ops roles
