ActiveViam develops financial software solutions and is a leading provider of data analytics technology globally. Our enterprise software platform is utilized by top banking institutions, hedge funds, exchanges, asset managers, and other financial organizations to address some of the industry's most complex challenges.


In executing our ongoing growth initiative, we are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our Global Sales team. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business from our target segments and taking sales opportunities from inception to close.
Responsibilities:
Own a targeted sales plan with revenue quota. Devise strategy and drive activity in assigned territory to achieve targets.
Be involved in all aspects of selling including senior level relationship development, product demonstration, contract negotiation, sales closing and delivery hand-off.
Determine qualified leads through evaluation of prospect requirements and
development of a concise understanding of prospects' decision-making processes and buying criteria.
Development of relationships with decision-influencing, senior executives within prospect organizations.
Work closely with the Pre-Sales team to coordinate product demonstrations and workshops for prospective clients.
Analyze and understand customer insights and market trends; adapt, communicate, and evolve strategies based on these changes.
Travel to prospect sites to conduct sales activities.
Experience & Qualifications:
10+ years sales experience from a financial software vendor or provider
Proven experience and knowledge in selling enterprise risk management solutions

Strong solution sales professional with a proven record of achieving /exceeding annual quota targets
Clear understanding of the nuances and dynamics involved in selling software
licenses to financial institutions
Experience in a global technology company familiar with complex, multi-level,
consultative selling combined with the ability to operate in an entrepreneurial fast growth culture
Experience in environments where the sales process involves multiple tiers of
complex organizations and where the sales cycles are long and consultative
The proven ability to conceptualize and build value propositions that deliver a
compelling message to key stakeholders
Knowledge of treasury, capital markets and risk management as well as the
pertinent regulatory issues facing the prospects in assigned territory
Experience in financial services software sales as a "Hunter" rather than a "Farmer"
Must proactively drive the entire sales process and be able to handle multiple
responsibilities simultaneously
High competence in delivering product presentations and managing workshops and proof-of-concepts
Strong commercial awareness, excellent client facing and interpersonal skills
Must be a self-starter and have strong communication skills
