Job Description
Our company has as many opportunities as you have ambition. If you have ever wanted to be part of and learn a successful business from the ground up, this is your chance. The footprints of our client base covers essentially the entire United States. This coupled with our record of continuous growth, has created a significant demand for management trainees in almost all geographic areas of the United States.
Our successes are a result of the well-structured, unique and progressive approach we utilize in developing our managers. Although an ideal candidate will have a four-year college degree, we will consider individuals with a past work experience history which emphasizes sales, customer service, business development and a strong commitment to working in a results oriented environment. All successful candidates accepted by DIGITALPOiNTUSA will enter the company at the same Management Trainee level. This is not a classroom training program. Through the on-the-job interactive structure of our Management Trainee program candidates will be introduced to the company and our industry. During our systematic proven training program you will learn what it takes to succeed and grow in a fast-paced entrepreneurial work environment. Your initial training will emphasize lead generation, customer service, allocation of employee resources, instituting and monitoring of financial controls, and management skills needed to address clients' expectations. At the successful conclusion of your training program, you will have a clear understanding of our business model, company philosophy, industries we serve and most importantly- what is required of you to have a successful career at DIGITALPOiNTUSA.
Although all candidates enter at the same Management Trainee level, the progression from there is solely based on individual merit, work ethic and grasping of the concepts being taught. Your development does not end with the completion of your initial Management Trainee program; on the contrary, it is just the beginning of the company's commitment to on-going training as you progress to higher management levels. You will be mentored throughout your career path by a current manager. He or she, has as well, developed their advancement through the company's various management levels in the same manner as is being offered to you. He or she will provide a support network for you which is authentic in that they have experienced exactly what you are being challenged with on a day-to-day basis. As you progress through your management development, you may also be given the opportunity to channel your career path to one which emphasizes business development as opposed to our traditional path of emphasizing operational management.
