Job Description
Support SSC/SN organization, and mission partners, with a broad range of financial management support and supports high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently. Oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
Duties include but are not limited to provide user support and guidance with respect to the daily use of the CCaR application. Understand the proper procedures operating the client/server and web- based database programs and ensure that data downloaded into or exported from the CCaR application is accurate.
Additional Job Functions:
  • Configure CCaR software to reflect the business process requirements. User support will include maintaining a System Authorization Access Request DD 2875, correctly completed for all initial, modification, and deactivated accounts
  • Provide CCaR customer support to the organization identified in this Task Order and be the primary focal point interfacing on a daily basis with the COR, PM or CCaR Project Lead
  • CCaR Interface Management Support; Able to ensure that data downloaded into or exported from the CCaR application is complete. Due to the CCaR application's multiple interfaces, as new or revised interfaces are implemented, responsible for understanding and learning how these interfaces support CCaR functionality, maintain the transfer of data, and instruct customers on the proper use of any new or revised interfaces
  • Provide training and instruction on the proper usage of all CCaR features and functions

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Tools, Process, and Procedures: Able to support the development, procurement, data collection, usage, modification/enhancement, implementation, integration, testing, documentation, verification, validation, protection and maintenance of tools, processes, guidelines, methodologies, models, simulations, databases, web sites, reports and applications to support the execution and management. Experienced with standardized and specialized software applications including: Microsoft Office, GAFS, MOCAS, FM-Suite, WAWF, Electronic Document Access (EDA), Standard Contract Reconciliation Tool (SCRT), Shared Data Warehouse (SDW), CCaR, CRIS, Live Link, Integrated Accounts Payable System (IAPS), or their replacement Accounting and Finance system(s).
  • Document Review and Assessments: Able to review program documents for consistency with applicable military, federal, state, local, contractual, commercial, or international statutes, regulations, policies, publications, directives, instructions, executive orders, codes, requirements or standards and report findings to the Government
  • Strategic Support: Able to perform all functional duties independently. Build staff packages, comprehending and applying concept/guidance, effectively implementing instructions/polices into routine performance

Job Requirements
Minimum Education & Certification(s): Baccalaureate degree in a related field, such as Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Science, Technology, Engineering, Statistics required. 6 years or more of experience may substitute for a baccalaureate degree
Minimum Yrs. Experience and/or Expertise: 3-10 years or more directly applicable experience in DoD Financial Management.

Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands This is largely a sedentary role mostly sitting; however, some filing maybe required . This would require the ability to move files, or boxes with file data, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary, ability to lift up to 40lbs.
Mental Demands: Reading; communicate effectively (verbal and written); maintain emotional control and professionalism.
