Job description

Make an impact supporting the Defense Logistics Agency! Lynch Consultants is seeking a Financial Management Consultant with a solid understanding of financial operations, analysis and client support. This is a tremendous opportunity to serve as Lynch Consultants' lead client representative onsite in New Cumberland, PA, supporting the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). This is a role for someone who is ready to take on meaningful challenges and make a measurable difference. This isn't just another consulting position-it's an opportunity to influence outcomes that matter.

Salary: $89,000 - $105,000, commensurate with experience.
Work Location and Schedule:
  • This position is located in New Cumberland, PA. Associatesare required to be on-site at the DLA New Cumberland location daily.

Required Qualifications - Must Have:
  • MUST have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, economics, or a related field.
  • MUST have at least 6 years of relevant experience in an accounting, finance, consulting, or a related role.
  • MUST have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Public Trust clearance and obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with G-Invoicing (GINV) and/or Federal Government ERP systems.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Experience with FIAR/ Audit readiness initiatives within the Federal Government.
  • Experience developing training materials.
  • Understanding of reimbursable intergovernmental transactions.
  • Experience providing end-user support or help desk support.

Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving knowledge.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word, PowerPoint).
