Position Summary
Purpose Financial is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to enhance operational performance through research, data analysis and strategy implementation. This role leads cross-functional initiatives to optimize the customer journey across onboarding, support, servicing, and retention. The ideal candidate balances short-term process improvements with long-term strategic initiatives while adapting to changing business needs. Success requires strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations that drive measurable results across the customer lifecycle.
Job Responsibility
  • Support data-driven decision making by analyzing trends, identifying optimization opportunities, and translating complex data into actionable business recommendations
  • Implement strategic improvements that enhance customer experience across the lifecycle while monitoring KPIs to measure impact
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards that provide critical insights for portfolio monitoring and operational excellence
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, data science, and operations teams to execute business initiatives
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, anticipating bottlenecks and balancing business needs with technical constraints
  • Execute ad hoc analyses with analytical rigor to support business operations and drive bottom-line results
