We're proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Finance Transformation Manager to lead strategic initiatives that modernize and scale our Finance & Accounting organization. While the initial focus will be on Quote-to-Cash (QTC) transformation, this role extends well beyond revenue operations into a broader Finance Transformation mandate. You will drive optimization across core finance processes (Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Hire-to-Retire), serve as the liaison between Finance and Business Systems, establish a PMO function within the CFO organization, and lead high-impact strategic projects such as post-merger integration, AI strategy for Finance, and end-to-end management reporting frameworks.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong project leadership, deep finance and accounting process knowledge, and the ability to influence multiple teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You'll Do
Finance Transformation Leadership:
  • Lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives across Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Procure to Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report, and Hire-to-Retire (H2R), aligning process improvements with business strategy and scalability needs.
  • Define, design, and implement target-state processes that drive automation, compliance, and efficiency across the Finance and Accounting functions.
  • Drive AI led transformation in finance by evaluating and implementing new technologies, including AI-enabled tools for forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Partner with leadership to shape the finance transformation roadmap, ensuring readiness for growth, scale, and potential IPO.

Liaison Between Finance & Business Systems:
  • Serve as the primary interface between Finance/Accounting stakeholders and the Business Systems/IT team.
  • Translate finance requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment across ERP, CRM, CPQ, billing, and reporting platforms.
  • Prioritize projects in partnership with the Finance leadership and Business Systems team to ensure high-impact delivery.

Project & PMO Ownership:
  • Establish and run a CFO PMO function, ensuring strong governance, milestone tracking, and benefits realization across transformation programs.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, including finance post-merger integration workstreams, ERP/automation implementations, and controls optimization.
  • Build project intake, metrics, and reporting frameworks to monitor progress and measure impact.

Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives:
  • Drive AI led transformation in finance by evaluating and implementing new technologies, including AI-enabled tools for forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Lead the design of an end-to-end management reporting framework that provides actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and other teams to strengthen data analytics capabilities and elevate reporting accuracy and timeliness.

Change Management & Communication:
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to promote adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Lead UAT, training, and launch communications, ensuring smooth transition and user buy-in.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Finance leadership by surfacing risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs early.

Skills We're Looking For
  • 8+ years of progressive Finance, Accounting, or Consulting experience, with significant Finance Transformation and QTC experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects that span Finance, IT, and Operations.
  • Strong understanding of core finance processes (QTC, P2P, R2R, H2R) and related systems (ERP, CRM, CPQ, billing platforms).
  • Proven experience managing complex projects, building PMO structures, and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills with senior leadership.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate ambiguity into structured plans.

Bonus Skills
  • CPA, MBA, or PMP certification.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP, CPQ, or revenue automation tools.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth, SaaS, or pre-IPO environment.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled finance tools and advanced analytics.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and effective control frameworks.
