As the organization evolves, we are enhancing how Finance leverages data, analytics, and technology to better serve the enterprise. The Lead, Finance Data & Analytics role is central to that effort — helping to strengthen reporting capabilities, improve how financial data is structured and delivered, and elevate the quality and consistency of insight across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to and help operationalize standards for enterprise financial reporting, ensuring consistency in KPIs, financial definitions, financial statement connectivity, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure that dashboards and analytics outputs reflect financial logic across P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flow, as well as alignment of enterprise-wide performance drivers and value-based metrics.

  • Utilize SQL and similar tools to create exploratory analyses, develop automation, support forecasting and variance analysis, performance monitoring.
  • Develop and enhance predictive forecasting overlays, scenario modeling frameworks, trend analyses, anomaly detection, and performance monitoring tools for greater insight generation.
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques (e.g., statistical modeling, machine learning applications) ensuring outputs remain aligned with business context and financial logic.
  • Partner with Financial Systems & Transformation to align analytics initiatives and reporting enhancements with platform governance and enterprise architecture.
  • Act as a key Finance representative in discussions regarding reporting usability, data definitions, system enhancements, and analytical requirements.
  • Ensure FP&A maximizes value from enterprise data and reporting platforms without duplicating architectural ownership.
  • Partner with Enterprise FP&A analysts to translate financial requirements into structured analytical solutions.
  • Identify and pilot opportunities to incorporate advanced analytics techniques where they enhance financial insight and decision-making.
  • Promote thoughtful experimentation with AI-enabled tools while maintaining governance and financial discipline.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in FP&A, finance analytics, or related enterprise finance leadership roles within a complex organization.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise financial statements, financial planning & forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Experience working with BI platforms, data environments, including familiarity with data modeling principles.
  • Working familiarity with SQL and Python sufficient to query and manipulate datasets, troubleshoot, evaluate and guide analytical outputs.
