Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting to join the Derivative Support Group within our Fund and Investor Services Client Platform team. This role is located in Lake Mary (4 days in office expectation per week).

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Own end‐to‐end service delivery for an assigned portfolio of derivative clients, with accountability for accuracy, timeliness, client outcomes, and control adherence.
• Provide direct oversight and day‐to‐day management of a defined portion of the Lake Mary derivatives desk, including work allocation, prioritisation, and quality oversight.
• Run and formally sign off daily OTC derivatives operations, including trade capture validation, lifecycle management, break investigation, and NAV‐impacting activities.
• Independently manage and resolve escalations and material exceptions, exercising sound judgement and escalating appropriately where client, financial, or control risk exists.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Strong derivatives experience within Fund Accounting, Middle Office, Asset Management, or Pricing; prior Fund Accounting experience beneficial.
• Experience with FIS Investment Accounting Manager (InvestOne) is a strong advantage.
• Strong OTC derivatives product and process knowledge, with hands‐on lifecycle and reconciliation expertise.
• Proven ability to operate independently with full accountability for delivery, risk management, and escalation decisions.
• Demonstrated experience leading day‐to‐day operational delivery while remaining technically hands‐on.
• Strong risk and control mindset with the ability to make sound production and sign‐off decisions.
• Practical experience with ETL tools (e.g., Xceptor, Alteryx) preferred; advanced MS Excel required.
• Data and MI capability; experience structuring datasets and dashboards; Power BI beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field; professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CFA, FRM) beneficial but not required.
