We are hiring a: Sr. Manager, Global Reporting & Analytics

St. Louis, Missouri (Hybrid)

Watlow is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Reporting & Analytics to join our Finance organization in a high-visibility, enterprise-facing role where your work will directly shape how financial data is used to drive decisions across our global business. In this position you will serve as the strategic bridge between Finance, IT, and business leadership — owning the reporting and analytics ecosystem that powers planning, performance management, and decision-making worldwide.

This is not a traditional reporting or IT role. You will play an active part in defining the future state of financial analytics at Watlow, standardizing metrics, modernizing tools, and building the trusted data infrastructure that finance and business leaders rely on. If you thrive at the intersection of finance and technology, enjoy solving complex problems, and are energized by the opportunity to build something meaningful at a global scale, we would love to connect with you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Reporting Strategy & Architecture: Partner with senior finance leaders, FP&A, and Regional Finance to define the future state of financial reporting, management dashboards, and performance insights, supporting planning, forecasting, closing, and decision-making across the organization.
  • Analytics & Data Storytelling: Lead the development of scalable reporting frameworks and BI solutions using Oracle Fusion, Hyperion/EPM, Power BI, and other enterprise tools, transforming complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for executive and business audiences.
  • Metric Standardization & Governance: Define and govern global KPIs, metric definitions, hierarchies, and reporting structures to create a single version of truth across regions, entities, and functions, including gross margin, EBITDA, DSO, working capital, and product/customer profitability.
  • Finance & IT Partnership: Collaborate with IT to design, simplify, and implement the reporting and analytics ecosystem, including data models, reporting architecture, governance, and tool strategy, translating business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with FP&A, Regional Finance, Product Platform, and Commercial teams to ensure reporting connects enterprise KPIs to regional, functional, product, plant, and customer-level insights.
  • Process Innovation & Automation: Drive automation, AI-enabled financial insights, and self-service reporting adoption to reduce manual effort, improve speed, and increase transparency across the finance function.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of Business Analysts, translating business requirements into scalable solutions, managing priorities, and ensuring strong delivery in partnership with IT and key stakeholders.
  • Data Governance & Controls: Establish and maintain governance over master data, chart of accounts standards, KPI ownership, user access, and data quality controls across financial reporting and planning platforms.

What You’ll Need To Succeed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, financial reporting, or enterprise analytics
  • Strong grounding in financial reporting, planning and forecasting, and performance management
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise financial systems such as Oracle Fusion, Hyperion/EPM, or similar platforms
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence change without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a global manufacturing, industrial, or product-based company
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data and system concepts for senior finance and business audiences
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience with ERP data structures, chart of accounts, cost centers, and multi-currency reporting in Oracle Fusion or SAP
  • Familiarity with financial consolidation and planning tools such as Hyperion, EPM, HFM, or OneStream
  • Experience managing or developing Business Analysts in a finance or analytics environment
