Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver sales performance insights by analyzing large datasets to support business decision-making across cross-functional teams.
* Lead reporting and data validation processes for monthly and ad hoc sales reporting using internal systems.
* Support legal, compliance, and executive-level data requests with accurate and timely reporting.
* Drive process improvements by streamlining intake workflows, increasing efficiency and visibility across teams.
* Collaborate with project managers, system analysts, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable data solutions.
* Manage intake governance by reviewing requests, identifying duplicates, and coordinating ticket creation and handoff.
* Perform data management activities, including data loading, system table maintenance, and data reconciliations within the global reporting system.
* Utilize spreadsheet tools to convert received file formats into the correct system-recognized format for loading.
* Modify system tables to make updates to reporting geography, country aggregation rules, and marketing group/division relationships.
* Perform data reconciliations within data loading activities, including researching any data anomalies.
* Create and maintain monthly and quarterly global sales reports through both automated and manual processes.
* Maintain monthly and quarterly reporting schedules, ensuring reports are created on time and contain accurate data.
* Ensure monthly/quarterly reports are properly audited for accuracy and obtain necessary approval prior to distribution.
* Ensure global sales data and reports are maintained according to company retention policies.
* Interface with global regional and market operations for the collection and consolidation of market data.
* Develop and maintain documentation of current business processes and identify business process improvements.
* Work with IT and Technical Support teams to provide business requirements, priorities, assess alternatives, and create test plans for system break/fixes and system enhancements.
* Perform requirements gathering and analysis for sales reporting system enhancements and development.
* Develop, maintain, and conduct User Acceptance Tests for sales reporting system enhancements and development projects.
* Develop and maintain training material for end users, data analysts, and data suppliers.
* Conduct formal and informal training with users on global sales data and ad hoc reporting.
* Provide clear communications to the global user community regarding sales data and system availability.
* Facilitate meetings to resolve complex issues and promote consensus on process improvements and implementation plans.
* Assist other Sales Operations groups in performing data management and sales reporting tasks.
Must-Have Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree is a minimum requirement.
* Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Intermediate to Advanced Excel capabilities.
  • SQL comfortablility.
* Ability to use data extraction tools for retrieving information.
* Sales data - working with large datasets.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented, with strong follow-through skills.
* Understanding of Data Management techniques, integrity and concepts.
* Ability to write user acceptance test cases and perform user acceptance testing for enhancements and development projects.
* Ability to multi-task on different projects while maintaining daily operational tasks.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (business and technical).
* Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects through Slack and Jira ticketing.
* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
* Ability to identify creative solutions to complex business and system process issues.
* Ability to work flexible hours, where required, to collaborate with global teams.
* Market knowledge within the automotive industry is a huge plus.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
* Knowledge or previous experience with specific data analytics tools such as Power BI.
* Previous experience with scripting or automation within spreadsheet software.
