Job description

The Division of Real Estate & Professional Licensing helps ensure Ohioans' investment in their largest asset - their homes - is a sound one. This includes licensing, educating, and enforcing Ohio laws for real estate brokers, salespersons, real estate appraisers, home inspectors and foreign real estate dealers and homes. Dealers/brokers and salespersons are also licensed through this program.

What You'll Do:

  • Respond to phone and email inquiries received by the Division's Customer Support Center.
  • Process incoming mail to include stamping, reviewing for completeness, logging and filing.
  • Assist with research into customer inquiries
  • Assist with records, data, documentation and reports
  • Complete other general office tasks, as needed

Hours scheduled per week will vary dependent on workload.

Intermittent employment is not eligible for benefits.

9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in office practices & procedures; 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in public relations or customer service that included techniques for handling difficult people; 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in typing, keyboarding, data entry or word processing; 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in operation of personal computer.
