Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Zero to Two year of relevant work experience in the retirement planning industry

  • Proficient use of applicable technology

  • Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Experience with digital data management/filing system is an asset

  • Ability to manage multiple project and deliverable simultaneously

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills and use of grammar

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment

  • Ability to follow standard procedures

  • Ability to work cooperatively with others

  • Ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external clients and other key stakeholders

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Perform essential tasks necessary to support internal team members in the quest of providing comprehensive retirement consulting, administration and/or actuarial services
  • May assist in preparation and production of professional materials in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Attention to detail and work in a fast pace environment
  • Manage incoming correspondence, including processing, logging, and digital filing
  • Assist and maintain Excel worksheets
  • Managing a book of business to include all aspects of the retirement plan cycle
  • Data collection from various record keepers
  • Data management and compliance
  • Managing client contributions from various record keepers
  • Client data to include sensitive information for processing
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
