Job description

Filevine is a Legal AI company delivering Legal Operating Intelligence for the future of legal work. Grounded in a singular system of truth, Filevine brings together data, documents, workflows, and teams into one unified platform—where modern legal work happens with clarity and consistency.

Powered by LOIS, the Legal Operating Intelligence System, Filevine connects context across every matter to transform legal operations from reactive to proactive. LOIS reads, understands, and reasons across your data to surface insight, automate complexity, and give professionals the clarity and confidence to see more, know more, and do more. Fueled by a team of exceptional collaborators and innovators, Filevine’s rapid growth has earned AI awards and recognition from Deloitte and Inc. as one of the most innovative and fastest-growing technology companies in the country.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX (Web Designer) to own and elevate Filevine's marketing web presence. You'll design high-impact, conversion-focused web experiences that communicate Filevine's AI-first value proposition, translating complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals and interactions. You'll work closely with our marketing and front-end development teams to bring campaigns, landing pages, and the core marketing site to life with precision and craft.

This role is ideal for a designer who thrives at the intersection of brand, storytelling, and web. Someone who cares as much about scroll animations and typographic hierarchy as they do about the business goals behind each page.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and iterate on responsive marketing web experiences, including landing pages, campaign pages, and the core site, that align with Filevine's brand and drive business results

  • Translate complex, AI-driven concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives suited for a B2B audience

  • Own and evolve Filevine's web design system, maintaining consistent components, visual standards, and documentation

  • Partner closely with front-end developers to prepare thorough design handoffs and ensure accurate, high-quality implementation

  • Contribute motion and interaction concepts (micro-animations, scroll behavior, transitions) that bring the marketing site to life

  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to support campaign launches, product announcements, and demand gen initiatives

Qualifications:
  • Portfolio demonstrating marketing website work for B2B software or SaaS companies, including landing pages, campaign sites, and full site redesigns
  • Experience designing for responsive, content-driven websites at a high level of visual craft
  • Strong ability to collaborate with engineers, marketers, and cross-functional partners
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments where priorities shift
  • Fluent English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Senior-level proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and design system governance
  • Experience with Webflow or similar CMS-driven web environments
  • Familiarity with motion design tools (Lottie, After Effects, or similar)
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS to support effective design handoff (no coding required)
  • Experience contributing to or governing a large-scale design system
Compensation Information: $110,000 - $150,000

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. The total compensation package for this position will be determined by each individual’s location, qualifications, education, work experience, skills and performance.
