Job description

We are seeking a Filevine Database Administrator to support and enhance a legal case management environment in Englewood, Colorado. This role partners closely with technology, legal, and operations teams to ensure the platform is reliable, efficient, and aligned with day-to-day business needs.

  • Administer the Filevine platform, including system settings, access controls, field configuration, and workflow setup
  • Maintain and optimize templates, task structures, and deadline-related processes
  • Manage user accounts, access changes, and licensing
  • Support integrations with external applications in partnership with vendors and technical teams
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate resolution for more complex technical challenges
  • Identify and implement system and process improvements to enhance usability and efficiency
  • Deliver user training and develop clear, practical documentation
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption and promote best practices
• At least 3 years of experience administering Filevine or a comparable legal case management platform.
