  • Salary: $81,360 - $101,700 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:  

  • Delivers the company’s field service vision while identifying, sharing, and implementing best practices to ensure KPI targets are defined, and goals are met 
  • Coach, motivate and develop team members while leading productivity improvement of team  
  • Act as a liaison with customers and sales teams to respond to issues from a supervisor level 
  • Analyze and assess relevant business data for field service metrics and manage financial controls as the Supervisor 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience:  

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 6 to 8 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:  

  • Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
