Job description

At Advanced Landscape 2000, we believe that a beautiful, healthy landscape is more than curb appeal — it's a reflection of quality, craftsmanship, and pride in the work. For decades, major general contractors and property owners across Southern California have trusted our highly skilled crews to deliver landscape and irrigation projects that exceed industry standards, on time and on budget.

We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced Field Supervisor who takes that same pride in their craft and knows how to bring out the best in a team.

The Role

As Field Supervisor, you'll be the driving force on our job sites — leading crews, managing resources, and ensuring every commercial and public sector project across Southern California is executed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Leadership: Direct, train, and mentor field foremen and crew members to perform at their best

• Project Execution: Manage labor, materials, and heavy equipment dispatch to ensure landscape installations meet plans and specifications

• Quality & Safety: Conduct daily site inspections and enforce OSHA regulations to maintain safe working environments

• Budget & Schedule Tracking: Monitor labor efficiency, track daily production logs, and report progress directly to Project Managers

• Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between project managers, clients, general contractors, and on-site field staff

• Install and maintain irrigation systems to project specifications

• Coordinate material needs and equipment with the office management team

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in the landscape industry (commercial/public sector required)

• Irrigation proficiency

• Strong hands-on knowledge of landscape equipment

• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and a strong team leader

• Spanish-speaking preferred

Compensation & Details

• Starting at $70,000-$77,000

• Full-time position
