Door-to-Door Sales Associate

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Door-to-Door Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers face-to-face, presenting products or services, and closing sales. This position requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Canvass neighborhoods and approach potential customers in person.
  • Present and explain product/service features and benefits clearly.
  • Build rapport and maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • No prior Door to Door sales experience necessary we will train you!
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons including inclement weather
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle rejection positively.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel 75% of time within assigned territory for 1-2 weeks at a time.
